I think that flower is too shiny, but in gteneral, the design is ok.
I would put a hair clip on the back but use it as a present topper. That way the present looks good and it is a present in itself!

Very Snazzy! I like the hair clip.. but not on my head ~ I think it would be great pinned onto a tote bag or purse! Love your blog by the way... you're a natural!

Thanks for your suggestions ladies. I think I'm going to make it into a clip. Cause that then presents me with options. It can be clipped onto a headband, it can be a plain clip, or could be clipped onto a piece of ribbon around a gift.
